Research overview

Dédale’s aim is to serve as a bridge between academic research and industry, applying the latest advances in human and organisational performance, risk management and training techniques to projects for our clients. This aim is reflected in a number of ways:

• Our team includes highly competent research directors, engineers, registered psychologists and researchers
• We maintain a strong presence as a regular contributing partner to both national and international research projects and have ties to several universities and independent research organisations
• We also contribute to developing knowledge by presenting our work in scientific publications and industry conferences (see Publications)
